    Directions

    1. Cook sausage and fennel in a medium nonstick skillet over medium heat for 6 to 8 minutes or until sausage is browned (165 degrees) and fennel is softened. Set aside.

    2. Microwave mashed potatoes in a medium microwave-safe bowl, covered, on HIGH for 4 to 5 minutes or until temperature reaches 165 degrees, stirring halfway through. Carefully uncover; stir in sausage mixture. Transfer to a serving bowl.
