Italian-Vegetable Gnocchi Soup

1 (1 lb 10oz) jar Prego Heart Smart traditional pasta sauce | ||
4 c. Hy-Vee 33%-reduced-sodium chicken broth | ||
2 tsp. McCormick salt-free garlic and herb seasoning | ||
1 (16 oz) pkg frozen Hy-Vee Italian vegetable blend | ||
1 (16 oz) pkg potato gnocchi | ||
Hy-Vee shredded Parmesan cheese, optional |
Directions
- Combine sauce, broth and seasoning in a large saucepan; bring to a boil.
- Stir in vegetables; return to a boil. Simmer 5 minutes.
- Stir in gnocchi. Continue simmering for 3 to 4 minutes or until gnocchi float to the surface.
- Serve sprinkled with Parmesan cheese, if desired.
