1 ½ c. Hy-Vee bow tie pasta | ||
3 tbsp. chopped fresh basil | ||
1 tsp. Hy-Vee dried oregano | ||
½ tsp. Hy-Vee crushed red pepper flakes | ||
¾ c. Hy-Vee shredded mozzarella cheese | ||
2 tomatoes, wedged | ||
1 small onion, sliced | ||
2 tbsp. Hy-Vee Select olive oil | ||
1 (5 oz) pkg Earthbound Farm Spring Mix lettuce |
Directions
- Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain, run under cool water and place in a large bowl.Add basil, oregano, pepper flakes, cheese, tomato wedges and onion slices. Drizzle with olive oil and toss to coat evenly. Add lettuce mix and toss to combine.
