¼ c. packed Hy-Vee brown sugar | ||
2 tbsp. Hy-Vee Select olive oil | ||
2 tsp. minced jalapeno peppers | ||
3 lbs. baby back pork ribs |
Directions
- Preheat grill to medium heat.
- In a small bowl, combine lime juice, brown sugar, olive oil and jalapeno peppers.
- Center half of ribs in single layer on each sheet of foil. Coat ribs with lime mixture, turning ribs to coat evenly.
- Bring up foil sides and fold to seal each packet, leaving room for heat to circulate inside.
- Grill, covered, 45 to 60 minutes. Remove ribs from foil and place bone-side-down on grill for another 45 to 60 minutes.
