Bite into a juicy Jamaican-inspired sandwich with amazing flavor. We used jerk seasoning to bring the heat and fresh pineapple to bring the sweet.

Directions
Pat pork chops dry with paper towels. Rub chops with 2 teaspoons canola oil. Sprinkle and rub jerk seasoning on each side of pork chops. Let stand at room temperature for 15 minutes.
Grill pork chops for 8 to 12 minutes or until done (145 degrees), turning halfway through. Brush pineapple with remaining 2 teaspoons oil; grill about 6 minutes or until charred, turning halfway through.
Serve pork chops in buns with lettuce and topped with pineapple slices and salsa.
