2 packet(s) Oriental flavor Ramen noodles | ||
1 (1 lb) pkg shredded cabbage and carrots | ||
chopped scallions, to taste | ||
5 tbsp. sunflower seeds, optional | ||
2 (2 oz each) pkg slivered almonds, toasted | ||
1 c. oil | ||
½ c. sugar | ||
⅓ c. vinegar |
Directions
- Crumble uncooked Ramen noodles into shredded cabbage and carrots. Add scallions, sunflower seeds and toasted almonds.
- Mix seasoning packets from Ramen noodles with oil, sugar and vinegar. Pour dressing over cabbage mixture. Toss to coat evenly.
- Refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving.
