    2 packet(s) Oriental flavor Ramen noodles
    1 (1 lb) pkg shredded cabbage and carrots
    chopped scallions, to taste
    5 tbsp. sunflower seeds, optional
    2 (2 oz each) pkg slivered almonds, toasted
    1 c. oil
    ½ c. sugar
    ⅓ c. vinegar

    Directions

    1. Crumble uncooked Ramen noodles into shredded cabbage and carrots. Add scallions, sunflower seeds and toasted almonds.
    2. Mix seasoning packets from Ramen noodles with oil, sugar and vinegar. Pour dressing over cabbage mixture. Toss to coat evenly.
    3. Refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving.
