    2 (4 oz each) cups Hy-Vee diced peaches in light syrup
    1 tsp. chia seeds
    1 (8 oz) container Hy-Vee low-fat plain yogurt

    Directions

    1. Drain 1 fruit cup and place in blender. Add 1 fruit cup with syrup and chia seeds; blend until smooth, about 30 seconds.
    2. Add yogurt and blend until well-combined, about 30 seconds more.
    3. Drink immediately or cover and refrigerate until ready to serve. Shake thickens upon standing; stir well before serving.
