1 (8 oz) container Hy-Vee low-fat plain yogurt |
Directions
- Drain 1 fruit cup and place in blender. Add 1 fruit cup with syrup and chia seeds; blend until smooth, about 30 seconds.
- Add yogurt and blend until well-combined, about 30 seconds more.
- Drink immediately or cover and refrigerate until ready to serve. Shake thickens upon standing; stir well before serving.
