    1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
    1 (4 oz) bottle Key lime juice (1/2 c.)
    2 Hy-Vee large eggs, separated
    1 (6 oz) graham cracker pie crust
    Hy-Vee whipped topping, thawed, for garnish

    Directions

    1. Whisk together sweetened condensed milk, Key lime juice and egg yolks.
    2. In a separate bowl, beat egg whites until stiff peaks form. Fold into Key lime mixture. Pour into crust.
    3. Bake at 325 degrees for 20 minutes or until firm. Cool completely. Cover and chill at least 3 hours.
    4. Serve topped with whipped topping, if desired.
