Kiwi-Strawberry Spinach Salad with Muenster Cheese

¼ c. raspberry vinaigrette | ||
1 tbsp. sesame seeds, toasted* | ||
1 tsp. poppy seeds | ||
1 (6 oz) bag fresh organic spinach | ||
1 pt. fresh organic strawberries, sliced | ||
2 medium organic kiwifruit, peeled and cut into 1/4-inch slices | ||
1 medium organic green onion, sliced | ||
6 oz. Hy-Vee HealthMarket organic Muenster cheese, cut into 1/4-inch cubes |
Directions
- Whisk together raspberry vinaigrette, sesame seeds and poppy seeds.
- In a large bowl, combine spinach, strawberries, kiwi, green onions and cheese. Add dressing and toss to coat.
- *To toast sesame seeds, place in single layer on cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 12 minutes.
