¼ c. raspberry vinaigrette
1 tbsp. sesame seeds, toasted*
1 tsp. poppy seeds
1 (6 oz) bag fresh organic spinach
1 pt. fresh organic strawberries, sliced
2 medium organic kiwifruit, peeled and cut into 1/4-inch slices
1 medium organic green onion, sliced
6 oz. Hy-Vee HealthMarket organic Muenster cheese, cut into 1/4-inch cubes

Directions

  1. Whisk together raspberry vinaigrette, sesame seeds and poppy seeds.
  2. In a large bowl, combine spinach, strawberries, kiwi, green onions and cheese. Add dressing and toss to coat.
  3. *To toast sesame seeds, place in single layer on cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 12 minutes.
