    2 tbsp. Hy-Vee granulated sugar
    5 tbsp. Hy-Vee butter, melted
    1 (17.8-oz.) box Hy-Vee no bake real cheesecake with cherry topping mix
    1 ½ c. Hy-Vee 2% reduced-fat milk, cold
    1 ¼ c. Hy-Vee semisweet chocolate chips
    ½ c. Hy-Vee heavy whipping cream

    • Parchment paper
    • Medium bowl
    • Large bowl
    • Electric mixer
    • Double boiler

    Directions

    1. Line loaf pan with parchment paper; set aside.

    2. Combine sugar, melted butter and graham cracker crumbs from cheesecake mix. Press into loaf pan; set aside.

    3. Combine cold milk and filling mix in a mixing bowl. Mix on low speed until blended; increase speed to medium and beat for 3 minutes. Filling will be thick. Gently fold in cherry topping from pouch. Pour into prepared pan. Refrigerate at least 1 hour.

    4. In bowl of double boiler, heat chocolate chips and cream, stirring frequently, until smooth. Cool slightly. Spread on top of cheesecake. Refrigerate until set.
