¾ c. chopped cucumbers
1 plum tomato, chopped
½ c. crumbled feta cheese
¼ c. sliced black olives
3 tbsp. sliced green onions
Hy-Vee organic blue corn chips

Directions

  1. Spread hummus on a 10-inch serving platter. Top with cucumber, tomato, feta cheese, olives and onions.
  2. Cover and refrigerate at least one hour. Serve with chips.
