1 (1.34 oz) pkg Hy-Vee sugar-free, fat-free instant vanilla pudding mix | ||
1 (8 oz) container Hy-Vee light whipped topping, thawed, divided | ||
32 reduced-fat vanilla wafers, divided | ||
2 (6 oz each) containers fresh raspberries, divided |
Directions
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the milk and pudding mix until smooth. Let stand for 2 minutes.
- Fold in half of the whipped topping.
- Place 16 wafers on the bottom of an ungreased 8-by-8-inch pan. Top with half of the pudding mixture and 1 carton of raspberries.
- Repeat layers.
- Spread top with remaining whipped topping. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.
