1 ½ lbs. halibut fillets |
Directions
- For sauce, in a small bowl whisk together lemon juice, 2 tablespoons of the oil plus mustard, basil, lemon peel, garlic, and salt to taste; set aside.
- In a large nonstick skillet heat remaining 1 tablespoon oil over medium-high heat. Season fillets with salt and pepper to taste; add to skillet. Cook 4 to 6 minutes per side or until fish flakes easily with a fork. Drizzle with sauce, and serve immediately.
