Directions
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sear chicken, 10 to 15 minutes, flipping once halfway through, or until no longer pink and juices run clear (165 degrees). Remove from skillet and keep warm.
Add lemon slices and asparagus to skillet. Saute 5 to 7 minutes or until asparagus is crisp-tender. Add chicken back to skillet and top with sauteed lemon slices. Cover with a tight-fitting lid and cook 2 to 3 minutes or until heated through. Serve warm.
