⅓ c. Hy-Vee butter, softened | ||
1 (8 oz) pkg Hy-Vee cream cheese, softened | ||
1 (14 oz) can Hy-Vee sweetened condensed milk | ||
¼ c. Hy-Vee lemon juice | ||
1 tsp. Hy-Vee vanilla |
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- In a medium bowl, combine cereal and butter. Press mixture into an ungreased 8-by-8-inch baking pan. Bake 12 minutes; cool.
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until light and fluffy. Gradually add sweetened condensed milk. Stir in lemon juice and vanilla. Pour evenly over baked crust.
- Refrigerate 3 to 4 hours or until firm.
