1 (4 serving) pkg sugar-free lemon gelatin | ||
½ c. Cool Whip Lite, thawed | ||
1 (6 single serve) pkg graham cracker crusts | ||
6 tbsp. spreadable fruit spread |
Directions
- In a medium bowl, stir cream cheese with a spoon until soft.
- Add dry gelatin and Cool Whip Lite. Continue stirring until well blended.
- Evenly spread cream cheese mixture into graham cracker crusts. Spread one tablespoon spreadable fruit over top of each. Refrigerate for at least 15 minutes.
