1 tsp. Hy-Vee garlic powder | ||
½ tsp. Hy-Vee sea salt | ||
½ tsp. freshly ground Hy-Vee black pepper | ||
1 tbsp. Hy-Vee lemon juice |
Directions
- Place swai fillets on a baking sheet that has been spray with non-stick cooking spray.
- Combine garlic powder, salt and pepper in a small bowl. Sprinkle evenly over swai.
- Broil for 8 to 10 minutes or until fish is opaque, firm and flakes easily.
- Sprinkle with lemon juice before serving.
