    1 tsp. chopped fresh oregano
    1 clove(s) garlic, minced
    1 tbsp. Hy-Vee Select olive oil
    Juice of one lemon (about 1/3 c.)
    1 (12 oz) pkg Fish Market swordfish steaks

    Directions

    1. Combine oregano, garlic, olive oil and lemon juice in resealable plastic bag, mix well. Add fish and toss to coat well. Marinate for 20 minutes.
    2. Drain fish, discard marinade and grill on greased rack of an uncovered grill directly over medium coals for 5 minutes. Turn fish and grill 3 to 7 minutes more or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
