Directions
- In a small bowl, whisk together lime juice, lemon peel, thyme, garlic and honey.
- Rinse fish; pat dry with paper towels. In a large plastic bag, combine marinade and fish. Marinate at room temperature for 15 minutes, turning bag occasionally.
- Lightly grease grill racks. Preheat grill to medium heat.
- Discard marinade and grill tuna on uncovered grill for 3-5 minutes per side. If you prefer well-done, cook the tuna for an additional 2-3 minutes per side.
