    1 c. Hy-Vee unsalted butter, melted
    1 lemon, zested and juiced
    1 ½ tbsp. Hy-Vee lemon pepper seasoning
    1 tbsp. Hy-Vee honey
    1 tsp. celery salt
    ½ tsp. Hy-Vee ground black pepper

    • Hy-Vee nonstick cooking spray
    • Small bowl
    • Whisk
    • Silicone pastry brush

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Line a rimmed baking pan with aluminum foil; place a wire rack on top of foil and spray with nonstick spray. Pat chicken dry with paper towels.

    2. In a medium bowl, whisk together melted butter, lemon zest and juice, lemon pepper seasoning, honey, celery salt, and black pepper. Set aside.

    3. Brush chicken with oil and season with salt. Place on prepared rack. Roast for 20 minutes. Roast 15 minutes more or until chicken is done (165 degrees), brushing occasionally with sauce.
