Directions
- Submerge cedar planks in water and soak for at least an hour.
- Heat grill to medium heat.
- Place planks on grill for 3 minutes.
- Sprinkle salmon with lemon pepper.
- Place salmon pieces skin-side-down on planks. Close cover. Cook for 15 minutes or until salmon flakes easily.
- Note: Keep a spray bottle filled with water near the grill at all times. Flare-ups may occur.
