    ½ c. unsalted butter
    3 clove(s) garlic, minced
    ¼ c. white wine
    1 tsp. lemon pepper
    2 tbsp. prepared yellow mustard
    ¼ tsp. red pepper flakes
    2 lbs. fresh shrimp, peeled and deveined
    1 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley

    Directions

    1. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Saute garlic in butter 1 to 2 minutes; add wine.
    2. Season with lemon pepper, mustard and red pepper flakes.
    3. Stir in shrimp and cook 5 minutes, or until shrimp is done. Sprinkle with parsley.
