Lime-Infused Tilapia Salad

4 tilapia fillets | ||
10 tbsp. light lime vinaigrette, divided | ||
½ tsp. Old Bay seasoning | ||
4 c. Hy-Vee salad greens, divided | ||
2 c. fresh pineapple chunks, divided |
Directions
- Place fish on broiler pan. Brush each fillet with 1/2 tablespoon vinaigrette. Sprinkle tops of fish with seasoning.
- Broil 6 to 8 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
- Meanwhile, on each of 4 plates, arrange 1 cup salad greens and 1/2 cup pineapple. Drizzle each with 1/2 tablespoon vinaigrette. Top each plate with fish before serving.
