Any citrus goes great with salmon. Give lime a try, it might just be your new favorite combination.

1 tbsp. Hy-Vee lemon pepper seasoning | ||
¼ tsp. Hy-Vee salt | ||
3 (6-oz. each) portions salmon fillets | ||
1 tsp. Gustare Vita olive oil | ||
1 tsp. Hy-Vee unsalted butter | ||
1 lime, cut into wedges |

Directions
- Combine cumin, coriander, lemon pepper and salt. Rub onto both sides of fish.
In a skillet, heat oil and butter over medium heat. Add fish to pan and cook about 8 minutes per side until fish easily flakes with a fork (145 degrees). Squeeze lime on fish before serving.
