1 (12 oz) package Hy-Vee linguine, uncooked | ||
⅓ c. Hy-Vee Select olive oil | ||
4 clove(s) garlic, minced | ||
2 tbsp. Hy-Vee flour | ||
3 (6.5 oz each) cans chopped clams, undrained | ||
1 c. chopped fresh parsley | ||
½ tsp. Hy-Vee salt | ||
¼ tsp. Hy-Vee ground black pepper |
Directions
- Cook linguine according to package directions. Drain.
- Meanwhile, in a medium saucepan, heat oil and cook garlic until golden.
- Blend in flour. Gradually stir in clams with liquid, parsley, salt and pepper.
- Cook over medium-low heat, stirring constantly, until sauce is thickened. Serve hot linguine with clam sauce.
