Lobster-Stuffed Mushroom Caps

15 to 20 fresh whole mushrooms | ||
1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened | ||
1 packet(s) imitation lobster | ||
1 large egg | ||
¼ c. bread crumbs | ||
½ c. shredded mozzarella cheese |
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Remove stems from mushrooms. Set aside.
- With a mixer, combine cream cheese, lobster, egg and bread crumbs in a bowl. Fill mushroom caps. Place in shallow casserole dish.
- Bake for 40 to 45 minutes.
