½ tsp. chopped garlic | ||
2 tsp. lemon juice | ||
⅛ tsp. ground mustard | ||
2 tsp. Hy-Vee Select olive oil | ||
¼ c. Hy-Vee egg substitute | ||
¼ tsp. Hy-Vee ground black pepper | ||
2 tbsp. Hy-Vee grated Parmesan cheese | ||
1 tsp. Hy-Vee Worcestershire sauce | ||
1 tsp. Hy-Vee Select white wine vinegar | ||
4 tbsp. Hy-Vee Caesar salad croutons |
Directions
- Place romaine leaves in a large bowl.
- In a separate bowl, mix together garlic, lemon juice, mustard, oil, egg substitute, black pepper, Parmesan cheese, Worcestershire sauce and vinegar.
- Toss romaine leaves with the dressing just before serving.
- Top with croutons.
