    1 ½ c. Hy-Vee all-purpose flour
    1 c. Hy-Vee granulated sugar
    1 tbsp. Hy-Vee baking powder
    ¼ tsp. Hy-Vee salt
    1 Hy-Vee egg
    ¾ c. Hy-Vee original soy-milk
    ½ c. Minute Maid orange juice
    2 tbsp. grated orange peel
    ½ c. Hy-Vee applesauce
    2 c. Hy-Vee bran flakes
    2 fresh peaches, diced

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
    2. Combine flour, sugar, baking powder and salt in a large bowl.
    3. Beat egg with wire whisk. Add soy-milk, orange juice, orange peel and applesauce. Add to flour mixture, stir until moistened.
    4. Stir in cereal and peaches. Place mixture into a greased 9-by-5-inch loaf pan.
    5. Bake for 55 to 60 minutes. Cool 10 minutes before removing from pan. Cool completely on a wire rack.
