1 ½ c. Hy-Vee all-purpose flour | ||
1 c. Hy-Vee granulated sugar | ||
1 tbsp. Hy-Vee baking powder | ||
¼ tsp. Hy-Vee salt | ||
1 Hy-Vee egg | ||
¾ c. Hy-Vee original soy-milk | ||
½ c. Minute Maid orange juice | ||
2 tbsp. grated orange peel | ||
½ c. Hy-Vee applesauce | ||
2 c. Hy-Vee bran flakes | ||
2 fresh peaches, diced |
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Combine flour, sugar, baking powder and salt in a large bowl.
- Beat egg with wire whisk. Add soy-milk, orange juice, orange peel and applesauce. Add to flour mixture, stir until moistened.
- Stir in cereal and peaches. Place mixture into a greased 9-by-5-inch loaf pan.
- Bake for 55 to 60 minutes. Cool 10 minutes before removing from pan. Cool completely on a wire rack.
