1 (3 oz) pkg ramen noodles (discarding seasoning packet) | ||
1 c. fresh spinach leaves | ||
½ c. frozen shelled edamame | ||
¾ c. chopped cooked ham | ||
1 green onion, sliced | ||
⅛ tsp. Hy-Vee dried thyme | ||
Hy-Vee black pepper, to taste |
Directions
- In a medium saucepan, bring chicken broth and water to a boil. Add ramen noodles and edamame and cook 3 minutes, stirring occasionally. When noodles are cooked and tender, stir in spinach, edamame, ham, green onion, thyme and black pepper. Heat through.
