Directions
Spoon 3 tablespoons macaroni and cheese in the center of 4 patties; sprinkle with cheese. Top with remaining patties; pinch edges together all the way around to seal filling inside.
Prepare a charcoal or gas grill with a greased grill rack for direct cooking over medium heat (350 degrees). Grill patties 10 to 12 minutes or until well-done (165 degrees), turning once halfway through grilling. Place onion rings on grill during the last 5 minutes of cooking. Grill until golden brown, turning once.
Spread cut sides of buns with mayo. Layer lettuce, beef patties, pickles, and onion rings on bun bottoms. Add bun tops.
