Directions
Combine butter and brown sugar in a saucepan; heat and stir until butter is melted and sugar has dissolved. Stir in maple syrup, salt, and baking powder. Stir in the oats and mix well.
Press firmly into ungreased 8-inch-square baking pan.
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, until lightly browned. Remove from oven and cool for about 5 minutes. Cut into squares while still warm but allow to cool completely before serving.
