    1 head(s) orange cauliflower
    1 head(s) purple cauliflower
    1 (8 oz) bottle Hy-Vee light Italian dressing
    ¼ c. bacon bits
    ¼ c. Hy-Vee grated Parmesan cheese

    Directions

    1. Cut cauliflower into small bite size florets.
    2. Place cauliflower in a large bowl and cover with dressing. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
    3. Drain cauliflower; stir in bacon bits and cheese. Place into serving bowl and serve chilled.
