1 (8 oz) bottle Hy-Vee light Italian dressing | ||
¼ c. bacon bits | ||
¼ c. Hy-Vee grated Parmesan cheese |
Directions
- Cut cauliflower into small bite size florets.
- Place cauliflower in a large bowl and cover with dressing. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
- Drain cauliflower; stir in bacon bits and cheese. Place into serving bowl and serve chilled.
