1 (16 oz) package Hy-Vee mostaccioli, cooked, drained and rinsed | ||
1 (6 oz) can Hy-Vee whole black olives, drained | ||
1 large cucumber, peeled and sliced | ||
20 cherry tomatoes, halved | ||
1 c. Hy-Vee granulated sugar | ||
1 c. Hy-Vee white vinegar | ||
1 c. Hy-Vee vegetable oil |
Directions
- Combine pasta, black olives, cucumber and tomato halves in a large salad bowl.
- In a separate bowl, mix sugar and vinegar together until sugar is dissolved. Stir in oil.
- Pour vinegar mixture over pasta mixture.
- Cover and refrigerate. Serve cold.
