¾ medium onion, finely chopped | ||

1 dash(es) pepper | ||
6 tbsp. brown sugar | ||
½ tsp. nutmeg | ||
1 ½ tsp. dry mustard | ||
½ c. ketchup |
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Combine ground beef, ground pork, bread or cracker crumbs, milk, eggs, onion, salt and pepper in a large bowl. Place in loaf pan.
- Whisk together brown sugar, nutmeg, dry mustard and ketchup. Pour over meatloaf in pan.
- Bake for 1 hour.
