Mediterranean Cod

Kalamata olives, capers, grape tomatoes, and Mrs. Dash Lemon Pepper seasoning. You can almost taste the Mediterranean!
Directions
Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sprinkle both sides of cod with 1 teaspoon lemon pepper seasoning. Place cod in hot skillet. Cook 6 minutes, turning once halfway through. Remove cod from skillet; keep warm.
Heat remaining 1 tablespoon olive oil in same skillet over medium heat. Add tomatoes, capers, green and Kalamata olives and remaining 2 teaspoon lemon pepper seasoning. Cook 2 minutes or until tomatoes have softened. Serve tomato mixture over each cooked fillet of cod.
