3 tbsp. lemon juice | ||
¼ c. white wine | ||
4 (6 to 8 oz each) halibut steaks | ||
½ c. feta cheese, crumbled |
Directions
- Heat oven to 425 degrees.
- Combine tomatoes, olives, onions, garlic, basil, olive oil, lemon juice and white wine in a medium bowl; set aside.
- Place halibut in a non-stick baking pan. Top with tomato mixture; sprinkle feta cheese over tomatoes. Bake 12 to 14 minutes, or until fish flakes easily with a fork. Serve with rice pilaf.
