1 c. unpeeled chopped cucumbers | ||
⅓ c. (1-1/2 oz) shredded reduced-fat mozzarella cheese | ||
1 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley or 1 tsp dried parsley flakes | ||
¼ c. fat-free Italian dressing |
Directions
- In a large bow, combine tomatoes, cucumbers, mozzarella cheese and parsley.
- Add Italian dressing. Mix gently to combine.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 20 mintues. Gently stir again just before serving.
