    2 c. Hy-Vee light vanilla ice cream
    8 Hy-Vee vanilla wafers, crushed
    6 oz. fresh raspberries, slightly crushed

    Directions

    1. Place cantaloupe wedges in individual bowls.
    2. Top each wedge with a scoop of ice cream, wafer crumbs and raspberries.
    3. Serve immediately.
