    Description

    This cocktail calls for frozen melon balls, but you can use a melon baller or a measuring spoon to scoop out fresh melon. Pop 'em in the freezer for about 10 minutes before mixing up your drinks.

    1 c. frozen melon balls, divided
    1 c. moscato wine
    1 ½ oz. rum
    1 tbsp. lemon juice
    ⅔ c. sparkling water
    Mint leaves, for garnish

    Directions

    1. Fill 2 cocktail glasses with frozen melon balls; set aside.
    2. In a pitcher, combine wine, rum and lemon juice. Slowly add sparkling water; gently stir to combine. Pour over melon balls in glasses. If desired, garnish with mint.
