Directions
Cut honeydew, cantaloupe, and watermelon in half; remove and discard seeds. Scoop flesh with a sharp 1-inch melon baller. Cut cucumber into ribbons using a vegetable peeler.
Place melon, cucumber, and radish slices in a large bowl. Pour lime dressing over top. Cover and chill at least 30 minutes before serving. Stir mixture an, if desired, garnish with mint leaves.
