1 c. powdered sugar | ||
2 large eggs | ||
2 tsp. vanilla | ||

Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- In large bowl, beat together butter, oil, granulated sugar and powdered sugar. Beat in eggs and vanilla. Stir in flour, cream of tartar and baking soda.
- Drop dough with small cookie scoop onto ungreased cookie sheet. Flatten each cookie with the bottom of a small drinking glass dipped in granulated sugar.
- Bake until edges are light brown, about 8 to 10 minutes. Remove cookies to wire racks to cool.
