1 (3 oz) box Hy-Vee cherry gelatin | ||
2 c. boiling water, divided | ||
1 (21 oz) can Hy-Vee cherry pie filling | ||
1 (3 oz) box Hy-Vee lime gelatin | ||
3 oz. Hy-Vee cream cheese, softened | ||
1 (15 oz) can Hy-Vee crushed pineapple, undrained | ||
1 c. Hy-Vee whipped topping, thawed | ||
1 c. Hy-Vee miniature marshmallows |
Directions
- Dissolve cherry gelatin in 1 cup boiling water. Stir in cherry pie filling and pour into 9-by-9-inch pan. Chill until partially set.
- Dissolve lime gelatin in remaining 1 cup boiling water.
- Beat the cream cheese with mixer until smooth. Slowly add lime gelatin to cream cheese; stir in undrained pineapple. Fold in whipped topping and marshmallows, spread on top of cherry layer.
- Chill until set.
