1 ½ c. Hy-Vee plain breadcrumbs | ||
⅓ c. Hy-Vee ketchup | ||
1 (1 oz) envelope Hy-Vee onion soup mix | ||
¾ c. water |
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- In a large mixing bowl, place ground beef, eggs, breadcrumbs, ketchup, onion soup mix and water. Gently mix with hands until combined.
- Fill greased muffin cups with meat mixture. Gently press the tops flat.
- Bake 35 to 40 minutes or until internal temperature of meat reaches 160 degrees.
