    2 lbs. lean ground beef
    2 Hy-Vee large eggs
    1 ½ c. Hy-Vee plain breadcrumbs
    ⅓ c. Hy-Vee ketchup
    1 (1 oz) envelope Hy-Vee onion soup mix
    ¾ c. water

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
    2. In a large mixing bowl, place ground beef, eggs, breadcrumbs, ketchup, onion soup mix and water. Gently mix with hands until combined.
    3. Fill greased muffin cups with meat mixture. Gently press the tops flat.
    4. Bake 35 to 40 minutes or until internal temperature of meat reaches 160 degrees.
