4 drop(s) green food coloring | ||
2 c. Nestle Toll House peppermint filled chocolate truffles |

Directions
Combine flour, baking soda, and salt in a small bowl. Beat butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla extract in a large mixing bowl until creamy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Gradually beat in flour mixture and green food coloring. Stir in peppermint filled baking truffles. Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls onto ungreased baking sheets.
Bake 9 to 11 minutes or until edges are golden brown and centers of cookies have just set. Cool on baking sheets for 2 minutes; remove to wire racks and cool completely.
