1 ½ Asian pears, cut into thin slices | ||
¾ c. pecan halves, toasted | ||
Asian Balsamic Vinaigrette: | ||
½ c. olive oil | ||
¼ c. balsamic vinegar | ||
2 tbsp. chopped green onions | ||
2 tsp. Dijon-style mustard | ||
1 tsp. grated fresh ginger root |
Directions
- Arrange the greens, pears and pecans on 6 chilled salad plates. Set aside.
- Beat the vinaigrette ingredients in a small bowl with a fork or whisk until blended. Makes 1-1/3 cups.
- Divide the Asian Balsamic Vinaigrette among the salads.
