Directions
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Cut dough into 4 portions, shape each portion into a 6-to-7-inch circle. Place shaped dough on a large baking sheet dusted with cornmeal.
Drizzle each crust with olive oil. Top with soft goat cheese and mushrooms. Sprinkle with black pepper.
Bake 12 to 14 minutes or until bubbly. After baking, sprinkle fresh thyme on top.
