    1 (16 oz) package Jennie-O lean ground turkey
    8 oz. shiitake mushrooms, stems discarded and caps sliced
    2 tsp. garlic, minced
    2 tsp. fresh ginger, minced
    1 medium red or yellow bell pepper, seeded and cut into short, thin strips
    2 c. coleslaw mix , or sliced Napa cabbage
    ½ c. hoisin sauce
    ⅓ c. plum sauce , or sweet-and-sour sauce
    6 (8-inch) flour tortillas, warmed

    Directions

    1. Cook ground turkey as specified on package. Always cook to well-done, 165 degrees as measured by a meat thermometer.
    2. Add mushrooms, garlic and ginger root; stir-fry 2 minutes. Add bell pepper and cook 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add coleslaw mix and hoisin sauce; stir-fry 3 minutes.
    3. Spread plum sauce evenly over each warm tortilla; top with turkey mixture. Fold bottom tortilla up over filling and serve.
