1 tbsp. Hy-Vee lemon juice | ||
2 tbsp. freshly grated Parmesan cheese | ||
¼ c. Hy-Vee seasoned bread crumbs | ||
4 (1/2 pound each) halibut steaks |
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- In a medium bowl, stir together salad dressing, mustard, lemon juice, Parmesan cheese and bread crumbs.
- Place halibut steaks on a greased baking sheet. Top each with 1/4 of the mustard mixture.
- Bake for 15 to 18 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
