Directions
Spread frozen potato waffle fries on one prepared pan and chicken bites on the other prepared baking pan. Bake 16 to 22 minutes or until waffle fries are crisp and chicken bites reach 165 degrees, turning both waffle fries and chicken bites over halfway through. Remove from oven and cool slightly.
Meanwhile, stir together honey, hot sauce, and cayenne pepper, if desired, in a small bowl; set aside.
To serve, place 1 tablespoon coleslaw on bottom waffle fry. Top with 1 chicken bite, another waffle fry, and 1 pickle slice; secure with a toothpick. Drizzle each slider with honey mixture.
