Recommended Pairing
The Napa style is often dense, purple-black in color, with aromas and flavors of currants and black cherries layered with new oak from barrel aging. But no matter its origin, Cabernet Sauvignon is a full-bodied wine. Pair with cured and smoked meats, beef, lamb, and cheeses like sharp cheddar, Danish blue, and aged gouda.
